Adhering to the tenet of "quality first, customer supreme", we guarantee something to our customers as follows:
1. In case the delivered garment is defective, of wrong color, size, model or differs a lot from the ordered, the Buyer has right not to accept it and charge refunding, including shipment costs and transaction rate.
2. In case of discrepancy in quantities the Buyer has right to demand compensation of undelivered goods value from the Supplier.
3. In case the goods are considered to be defective according to paragraph 1 of the present agreement and:
а) Are beyond restore and can not be sold, the Supplier has to compensate the defective goods value including shipment costs and transaction rate.
b) garment may be fully restored by the Buyer and be proper for selling, the Supplier has to refund 40% of claimed goods value to compensate quality loss and restore expenses. If poor-quality goods delivery repeats constantly the Buyer has right to decline defective goods and demand 100% compensation.
4. Fixed shipping cost under the present agreement is 10$ per kg and is calculated on the basis of goods weight. Fixed transaction rate is 2% of payment amount at EXW parity prices.
5.The Supplier has right to demand reclamation evidences from the Buyer: photos, video materials and any other arguments that may be delivered by internet.
6. In case of 100% cost refund the claimed goods are to be liquidated. The Supplier has right to demand from Buyer liquidation evidences
